1. Services Provided
Clean Services Miami offers a range of property services including (but not limited to):

Material Delivery
Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather, and other conditions.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 25–50% of the service estimate.
3. Estimates & Payments

All estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing is based on volume, labor, materials, access conditions, and disposal fees.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved forms of payment.
4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure safe and clear access to the work area.

For demolition or pressure washing, the customer should remove fragile items and secure pets or children during service.

Clean Services Miami is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or hidden hazards.
5. Liability & Damages

We take every precaution to work safely and protect your property.

Clean Services Miami is insured; however, we are not liable for damage resulting from unsafe working conditions, client-provided materials, or previously damaged items/structures.

Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not accept or handle hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

Chemicals, paints, solvents

Asbestos-containing materials
-
Medical or biological waste
-
Explosives or flammable items
Customers are responsible for disclosing potentially restricted items before service.
7. Service Refusal
Clean Services Miami reserves the right to refuse service if:

The job site is unsafe

There is a risk to crew or equipment
-
The scope of work differs significantly from the original estimate
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, photos, and service descriptions, are the property of Clean Services Miami and may not be used without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
Clean Services Miami reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
